穿透性制空作战中电子战行动效能评估方法

摘要:

穿透性制空(PCA)作战作为现代空战体系的核心场景,其效能高度依赖电子战行动对敌方防空网络的动态压制能力。针对传统评估方法存在的静态性及协同性缺失问题,提出基于层次分析法的电子战效能评估模型。通过构建涵盖电磁态势塑造、突防压制、动态协同与毁伤闭环的多层级指标体系,融合主观权重分配,结合模糊综合评判处理指标模糊性问题。模型从侦察时效性、干扰覆盖率、抗毁伤系数等动态维度量化电子战行动对制空突防的贡献度。示例表明,该方法可有效解析多电子战单元协同干扰场景下的效能关联性,为优化干扰资源部署与战术决策提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Piercing counterair(PCA) operation is the core scenario of the modern air combat systems, and its effectiveness highly depends on the dynamic suppression ability of electronic warfare operations against the enemy′s air defense network.To address the problems of static nature and lack of synergy in traditional evaluation methods, this paper proposes an electronic warfare effectiveness evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).By constructing a multi-level index system covering electromagnetic situation shaping, penetration suppression, dynamic synergy and damage closed loop, integrating subjective weight allocation and combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to handle the problem of index fuzziness.The model quantifies the contribution of electronic warfare operations to air penetration from dynamic dimensions such as reconnaissance timeliness, jamming coverage rate, and anti-damage coefficient.Case simulations show that this method can effectively analyze the effectiveness correlation in the scenario of collaborative jamming of multiple electronic warfare units, providing a scientific basis for optimizing jamming resource deployment and tactical decision making.
