面向联合作战的水下攻防体系建设需求分析

摘要(Abstract):
水下攻防作战正在从“平台对抗”转向“体系对抗”,建设水下攻防体系,实现复杂环境认知、智能指挥控制、有人无人协同、信息综合保障、火力协同打击与作战效能评估的有机综合,是维护海洋权益、保障海洋安全的必由之路。阐述了美海军战略演变,总结了美海上新概念作战模式,分析了联合作战背景下美水下作战体系的发展趋势,牵引出我水下攻防体系建设的必要性和要素组成,并给出了水下攻防体系的发展建议。
