面向联合作战的水下攻防体系建设需求分析

摘要:

水下攻防作战正在从“平台对抗”转向“体系对抗”,建设水下攻防体系,实现复杂环境认知、智能指挥控制、有人无人协同、信息综合保障、火力协同打击与作战效能评估的有机综合,是维护海洋权益、保障海洋安全的必由之路。阐述了美海军战略演变,总结了美海上新概念作战模式,分析了联合作战背景下美水下作战体系的发展趋势,牵引出我水下攻防体系建设的必要性和要素组成,并给出了水下攻防体系的发展建议。

Abstract:

The underwater attack and defense operations are changing from “platform confrontation” to “system confrontation”.Building the underwater attack and defense system to realize the organic integration of complex environment cognition, intelligent command and control, manned and unmanned cooperation, comprehensive information support, coordinated firepower strike and operational effectiveness evaluation is the necessary way to safeguard marine rights and interests and ensure marine security.This paper describes the evolution of US naval strategy, summarizes the new concept combat mode for US maritime operations, analyzes the development trend of the US underwater combat system under the background of joint operations, draws out the necessity and elements of the underwater attack and defense system construction, and gives some suggestions for the development of the underwater attack and defense system.
