针对电子对抗作战单元摸清能力底数、提升备战能力的现实需要,遵循作战能力检验与实战化训练相结合,依托基地化训练平台构建了面向任务的电子对抗作战能力检验框架。首先基于分级分层指标体系框架,指导电子对抗能力评估指标体系构建。通过检验科目与影响因子的多级映射,合理设计优化检验内容科目。通过作战能力检验与训练的一体化设计,解决任务资源冲突与检验样本的匮乏问题。最后基于多源数据融合和多维数据的探索性分析,实现了作战单元综合评估与分析。将所提方法运用到任务实践中,成功指导了典型电子对抗作战单元作战能力检验的实施。
Abstract:In response to the practical needs of electronic countermeasure combat units such as understanding the capability baseline and enhancing the combat readiness capability, a task-oriented electronic countermeasure combat capability verification framework is constructed based on a base training platform by integrating combat capability verification with realistic training.Firstly, based on a hierarchical and layered indicator system framework, the electronic countermeasure capability evaluation indicator system is guided to be established.Through multi-level mapping of verification subjects and influencing factors, the verification content subjects are reasonably designed and optimized.Through the integrated design of combat capability verification and training, the conflicts of task resources and the scarcity of verification samples are solved.Finally, based on multi-source data fusion and exploratory analysis of multi-dimensional data, the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of combat units are realized.The proposed method is applied to task practice, and successfully guides the implementation of combat capability verification for typical electronic countermeasure combat units.
