数字化转型升级是装备发展的必然趋势,军事代表要积极拥抱数字化潮流,探索装备数字化监管技术及其发展。针对传统监管方法存在的问题,阐明了数字化监管的优势,从加快数字化监管信息系统建设、深化数字化测试验收技术应用、推动全过程质量数据统计分析、布局基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)的质量监管新模式等方面,给出了数字化监管技术的发展建议。为提升装备质量监管成效、实现多维度穿透式管理、促进产品降本增效提供了有益的指导。

Digitization transformation and upgrading are inevitable trend of equipment development,and military representatives should actively embrace the trend of digitalization and explore the digitization supervision technology and its development.In view of the problems existing in the traditional supervision methods,this paper expounds the advantages of digital supervision,and gives suggestions for the development of digital supervision technology from the aspects of accelerating the construction of digital supervision information system,deepening the application of digital testing and acceptance technology,promoting the statistical analysis of whole-process quality data,and laying out a new model of quality supervision on model-based system engineering(MBSE),which provide useful guidance for improving the effectiveness of equipment quality supervision,realizing multi-dimensional penetrating management and promoting product cost reduction and efficiency increase.
