统一的技术体制是提升敌我识别装备作战效能的先决条件。长期以来,由于敌我识别装备缺少规范化、标准化的检测认证手段,各型敌我识别装备体制存在差异,严重制约了敌我识别装备作战效能的发挥。美军在敌我识别检测认证方面历经40余年发展,已形成较为全面和完整的检测认证体系,并达到较高的技术和应用水平。对美国防部AIMS计划办公室的敌我识别检测认证机制及其应用进行分析,总结其发展特点和启示,并提出对敌我识别检测认证体系的发展建议。
Abstract:A unified technology system is a prerequisite for improving the operational effectiveness of identification friend or foe(IFF) equipment.For a long time,due to the lack of normalized and standardized detection and certification means of IFF equipment,there are differences in various types of IFF equipment system,which seriously restricts the operational effectiveness of IFF equipment.After more than 40 years of development,the US military has formed a relatively comprehensive and complete testing & certification system,and the system has reached a high level of technology and application.This paper analyzes the certification mechanism and its application of the AIMS Program Office,summarizes the development characteristics and enlightenment,and proposes the development proposal of the IFF equipment testing and certification system.
